Progressive American Strategic Insurance Design-Build Project Has Been Completed

Rycon’s office and CSJM Architects were the design-builders for this façade remodel and repair for American Strategic Insurance, part of the Progressive Insurance Companies. The scope of work included demolition of all exterior stone tile and metal framing on the building’s façade, installation of fluid applied waterproofing behind all new stucco, installation of ACM paneling to match existing at entrances, new EIFS banding and caps, new exterior framing, and plywood sheathing.  Rycon was also responsible for the removal, protective storage, and re-installation of exterior signage. We are proud to have worked with the owner, American Strategic Insurance Corp, architect, CSJM Architects, and engineers, Design Architecture Consultants, on this great project.
