Rycon completed this new 56,000 sq. ft. friary for the Capuchin Franciscan Friars in Pittsburgh, PA’s Lawrenceville neighborhood. The three-story, mixed-use structure includes apartments, two kitchens, dining areas, offices, private chapel, parish hall, and parking garage. 

Rycon Construction, founded in 1989, provides construction management, general contractor, design-build, and program management services throughout the nation.
