Construction Complete on Everbrook Academy Day Care

Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services for this new 16,100 sq. ft. out-of-ground day care facility and an adjoining 6,300 sq. ft. outdoor playground in Coraopolis, PA. The scope included 14 classrooms, multi-purpose room, and kitchen as well as a 160-space parking lot. Rycon self-performed concrete, drywall, and casework installation. It was a pleasure to work with the architect, Omni Associates, and engineers, Michael Baker International, Lovorn Engineering Associates LLC, Barber & Hoffman, Inc., and TES Engineering.
