30 minutes west of Cleveland, OH, Rycon provided upgrades to an existing 243,000 sq. ft. distribution center which holds offices, a high hazard area, and a large warehouse. The scope of work included the replacement of 16 loading dock doors, new dock seals/pads, new safety gates, new interior/exterior occupancy sensor/lights, and the creation of appropriately sized new or retrofitted dock levelers and leveler pits. Security improvements were also included in the scope. It was a pleasure to work with Owner Mid-America Management Corporation, architect SA Group LLC, and WHS Engineering.
