New anchor tenants open for business! We are honored to have partnered again with PREIT and CREATE Architecture Planning & Design on this 230,000 sq. ft. redevelopment consisting of the demolition of a former three-story Macy’s to accommodate new core and shell space for multiple new retail and dining tenants. Rycon was also the construction manager responsible for the fit-outs to Dick’s Sporting Goods, Burlington, and Michaels. #redevelopments #retail #dining
