Rycon Completes a New Building for PITT OHIO

Check out these amazing views of the PITT OHIO Terminal in Parma, OH! The new, pre-engineered metal building located on a 28-acre site was completed by Rycon’s Cleveland office last year. The building features renewable energy resources that are directed and controlled from a battery storage room. These features include: a geothermal well field, solar panels on the entire roof of the truck terminal, and wind turbines. We are proud to have worked with the client, PITT OHIO, owner’s rep, Oxford Development Company, architect, McGill Smith Punshon, Inc., and engineers, BDA, MSP, and PVE.
