Rycon is making progress on this new two-story 66,000 sq. ft. storage facility in College Park, GA. The structure will be a hybrid of tilt-wall and pre-engineered metal with load bearing interior framed walls. The eight acre, $5.8 million, project will include a showroom, self-storage lockers, warehouse space, and 237 lockers of various sizes within the structure.
