Check out the new and improved Carnegie Library of Homestead! Rycon completed a 20,000 sq. ft. renovation of the historical building originally constructed in 1898. The building houses a library, a 1,047-seat “Carnegie Library Music Hall”, and an athletic club with an indoor pool. Renovations to interior spaces included pool lobby, locker rooms, building-wide fire alarm system, and theatre lobby and balcony as well as an elevator addition. Exterior limestone and brick masonry construction were also restored. Rycon self-performed concrete, drywall, and casework. We are happy to have worked with the owner, Carnegie Library of Homestead, architect, MacLachlan Cornelius & Filoni, and engineer, CJL Engineering.
