Former Retail Location Transformed into Outpatient Surgery Center

Rycon converted this former retail location into a new 38,000 sq. ft. outpatient surgery center in Pittsburgh’s South Hills. The medical facility features more than 20 specialties, including primary care, heart and vascular, and women’s health, as well as four operating rooms and multiple imaging capabilities including CT, X-ray, and MRI scans.
