Wine & Spirits Greentree

Rycon was the design-builder on this 9,000 sq. ft. renovation. Larson Karle Architects was the designer. Interior work included a complete demolition and fit-out with significant floor leveling, new finishes, walls, ceilings, fixtures, MEP, and HVAC systems. Exterior work included storefront modifications, concrete at the receiving area, delivery doors, and delivery canopy.
