Westinghouse Waltz Mill ED Renovation

Rycon was selected by repeat client Jones Lang LaSalle to renovate the interior and exterior of this industrial warehouse. The scope of work included new office space, conference rooms, and restrooms, while upgrades consisted of new paint, flooring, ceilings, and insulated metal panels around the exterior. The carpentry, casework, and concrete work was self-performed.
