Montrose Crossing – Burlington

Rycon was awarded a negotiated GMP contract to convert a former two-story Barnes & Noble into a new Burlington. The scope of work included two new elevators, two new escalators, façade updates, an addition of a loading dock, full demolition of existing finishes and interior partitions, installation of new AHUs, electrical fit-out, and other tenant improvements. The adjacent existing Starbucks remained fully operational. Rycon added a separation partition to eliminate disruptions.
