Rycon built nearly 1 million sq. ft. of new office and mixed-use space at Horizon Properties’ Southpointe Office Complex. In all, eight separate buildings were constructed and included offices, retail, an AC Hotel, and a stand-alone parking garage. The $44 million, six-story Noble Energy Regional Headquarters core and shell received LEED Silver Certification. Town Center consisted of two new 30,000 sq. ft. mixed-use structures with the addition of Main Street between the buildings.
