On the first floor of a newly constructed Class A medical office building, Rycon completed a 5,800 sq. ft. outpatient surgery center fit-out. The space features two operating rooms, one procedure room, prep/recovery area with six bays and nurses station, clean equipment supply room, decontamination room, medical gas room, staff lounge/offices, and waiting/reception area. The work included selective demolition with temporary protection from infiltration of construction dust, structural steel, finish carpentry, casework, roofing, insulation, doors/windows, flooring, painting, equipment, fire sprinklers, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
