Coconut Creek Medical Office Building

Rycon was awarded the construction of a new one-story 10,000 sq. ft. medical office building core/shell. The structure is made up of steel joists and deck, concrete, and masonry along with seven (7) RTUs. Site work consisted of asphalt parking, landscaping, and hardscaping. Rycon will also be selected to fit-out the future tenant space for Humana Conviva.
