Rycon and Onyx Creative were the design-builders on an interior demolition of a former Sears, and the redemise of the building and utility services to accommodate one new retail tenancy. The scope of work included a full build-out of a new Dick’s Sporting Goods with mall entry. All tenants have their own branded exterior entry facades and storefronts.
