Eastland Mall Improvements

Rycon edeveloped of a former JCPenney into a new Planet Fitness, H&M, and white box. The scope consisted of major MEP upgrades, a new exterior facade, Hibbett Sporting Goods store, and a new outparcel for an Outback Steakhouse. Work included a helicopter lift of three old HVAC units off the existing mall roof, and replacing them with three new HVAC curb units and 12 new HVAC units on two separate locations on the roof. Altogether the entire lift took approximately 30 minutes.
