Two Logan Square – Aon 16th Floor

This project involved a 22,000 sq. ft. build-out of the 16th floor. The modern collaborative space features private and open offices, high-tech conference/meeting rooms, reception area, a unique living wall, staff lounge, storage, and restrooms. The scope included MEP and HVAC modifications, high-end finishes, new walls/partitions/doors, and an extensive casework and millwork package. The renovation was designed to achieve LEED Certification.
