City Barbeque

Rycon was responsible for the construction of new restaurant locations for this rapidly growing barbeque joint. The ground-up restaurants have a drive-thru, plenty of indoor seating, and outdoor seating. Site work included trash enclosures, metal railings, landscaping/hardscaping, and lighting. The structures are made up of concrete footings/foundation, structural steel, masonry veneer, membrane roofing, and associated MEP systems. The renovation scope included front and back of house improvements, MEP upgrades, and HVAC modifications. Finishes include acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, stained concrete flooring, and wall covering/graphics.
