AutoNation USA – Charleston

Florida-based AutoNation selected Rycon to convert a vacant auto dealership into a new modern 33,000 sq. ft. prototype dealership for pre-owned cars. Rycon was heavily involved in preconstruction due diligence, site assessments, and preliminary budgeting for this repeat client. The building received both interior and exterior modifications including upgrades to offices, restrooms, service garage, showroom, and entrance under a fast-track schedule. Exterior work consisted of parking lot repairs, a façade face-lift, and hardscaping/landscaping.
