CarMax Norcross Parking Expansion

Rycon completed a parking lot expansion sprawling more than two acres at the CarMax Norcross location. Site work included removal of existing conditions such as gravel, concrete pads, wood fence, chain fence, asphalt, gates, and a 1,000 sq. ft. block structure. New construction consisted of retaining walls, asphalt pavement, chain link fence with vision slats, guardrails, bollards, curbs, sidewalks, site electrical, and security/CCTV.
