The Penny High-Rise Apartments

Rycon is delivering construction management services for a new 472,000 sf 20-story high-rise designed for Texas A&M University students. The building is a post-tension concrete structure, complemented by a brick and prefabricated CFMF/EIFS facade. It is expected to include 199 units, 605 beds, and 615 parking spaces across the first eight levels. The building will boast a range of amenities, including a 9th-level pool deck with a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, study lounge, fitness and weight rooms, and multiple study spaces to enhance living and learning experiences for its residents.
