The Park at Davie

Rycon was the design-builder for two (2) new tilt-up warehouses, totaling 182,700 sq. ft., with Ware Malcomb as the architect. Building A spans 90,100 sq. ft., while the adjacent Building B covers 92,700 sq. ft. Both Class A structures are situated on a redeveloped 11-acre site and feature rear-loading docks with 32-foot clear ceiling heights for maximum operational efficiency. The project scope also included four (4) speculative tenant fit-outs.
