The scope of work included the demo of a former Kmart and rebuild of a new tilt-wall shopping center with new site utilities and parking. Rycon completed the shell spaces for Bealls Outlet/Home Centric, Crunch Fitness, Avalon Nails & Spa, Lucky’s Market, and Keke’s Cafe. The second stage of the project consisted of a facade renovation of a portion of the east shops. The work included a new 25,000 sq. ft. roof, new exterior framing, EIFS, split-face CMU veneer, and ACM panels. The third stage included a new 2,600 sq. ft. dark shell for two new retail tenants. The structure is comprised of masonry and structural steel with a membrane roof, EIFS and stone veneer exterior, and a patio area with decorative railings.
