The project was executed on schedule in 12-weeks over the summer recess and included unique design features such as color-changing LED accent lighting, interior hand-cut/glazed brick installed on walls at all of the food service islands, and a new pizza oven complete with a customer view window. The scope included six different food stations as well as a convenience store, 1819 Supply Store, that is open after normal dining hall hours where students can buy snacks. The project is LEED Certified.
