Shoppes at Parma Redevelopment

Rycon overhauled this former indoor mall into a new 756,000 sq. ft. mixed-use town center for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The scope of work included demolition, remodels, white box and outparcel construction, tenant fit-outs, and a renovation of a four-story office building. The multi-phased development features more than 50 tenants including Dick’s Sporting Goods, JCPenney, Ulta, Aspen Dental, Panera Bread, Marc’s grocery, Mission BBQ, Fitworks, and more.
