Rycon was selected as the construction manager for this new 165,000 sq. ft., five-story building which achieved LEED Gold. Rycon was also responsible for the 58,800 sq. ft. office fit-out for a Pittsburgh-based autonomous vehiCleveland company. The features include: High-tech entrepreneurial space, “Stair-a-torium” for interactive meetings, Collaborative space with video conferencing in 30+ meeting rooms, solar panels, window shades that run off daylight sensor, full service kitchen, electronic room schedulers, high level of building security integrated with base building security. Rycon’s Casework & Millwork Division created various casework for the space including: meeting booths, reception desk, and wall slats.
