The two-floor project consisted of refreshing the space in six phases (three per floor) which kept the business active during construction. All work took place off hours. The refresh included all new carpet, paint, while the furniture, data, AV, and security was coordinated by Rycon. The café area, restrooms, and break area all received upgrades. Rycon also self-performed demolition, drywall, and rough carpentry.
