Millie’s Homemade Ice Cream

Rycon converted a former oriental rug store into a locally known popular ice cream shop. The scope consisted of interior demolition, new walls, ceiling, and floor finishes, new lighting, custom casework, and installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The space holds a group dining area, dining space, kids zone, mens and women’s restrooms, a service area with freezers, and retail area. Rycon self-performed the demolition, drywall, casework/millwork, and installed doors, frames.
