Southside Works City Apartments

This new, 264-unit, six-story wood-frame luxury apartment complex located in a highly populated area consists of studio, penthouse, and one-and-two bedroom floor plans with washers/dryers in every unit. The project also included an attached five-level, 563-space precast parking garage. Amenities within the 261,000 sq. ft. structure include an indoor/outdoor pool, zen garden, clubroom, courtyard, and fitness center. Custom architectural millwork was manufactured and installed throughout the common areas by Rycon’s Casework & Millwork Division.
