Shaw Contract Showroom

This project entailed a 7,100 sf interior build-out on the fourth floor of the occupied Star Metals Office Building. The scope of work included selective demolition, installation of new finishes, partitions, casework, and MEP systems to transform the existing white box into a functional showroom and office. The new layout features sophisticated design and accommodates a showroom, offices, meeting rooms, a library, coffee bar, break room, and restrooms.
