Medina County Career Center (MCCC) Vision Care Classrooms & Labs

Two separate areas on the second floor of the main building were renovated including a 2,700 sf vision care lab and 3,500 sf east wing classrooms. The scope of work involved selective demolition, installation of new partitions and aluminum storefront, updated flooring and finishes, a new rooftop unit, and upgrades to the fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems. During construction, Rycon was additionally tasked with painting a campus bus garage and horse barn, which tightened the project schedule.
