Located near the shores of Lake Michigan, this new 3,000 sq. ft. single-story building is a wood structure with cement board siding. The scope of work included excavation, concrete, roofing, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, product display fixtures, light fixtures, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and security system. The space holds a cannabis sales areas, vestibule, processing and receiving area, secure storage, a break room, office, and an outdoor consumption area.
