Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services for this repeat financial client. The 12,000 sq. ft. fast-track fit-out consisted of high-end finishes to enhance this lending office. Located on the 14th floor of Ohio’s tallest skyscraper, upgrades included new conference/meeting rooms, offices, reception area, kitchenette, and a café. Associated MEP modifications were completed as well.
