Storage Warehouse – Rome

Rycon was the design-builder for this ground-up 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Hill Foley Rossi was hired as the architect. The building is used to store U-Box portable storage and moving containers. The scope consisted of full site development, including landscaping and hardscapes, erection of the new warehouse, and loading dock equipment. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with overhead doors, storefront, exterior finishes, and MEPs.
