Fresenius Medical Care – AVC – El Paso Surgery Center

This project involved improvements of an existing two-story building to hold a new elevator, a 2,000 sq. ft. clinic, and 8,000 sq. ft. ambulatory surgery center. The scope of work consisted of selective demolition, MEP upgrades including new RTUs, generator, finishes, and fire alarm system. Exterior work included ADA parking, paving/restriping, curbs/sidewalks, bollards, concrete slab for the generator, and stormwater improvements.
