This ground-up 80,000 sq. ft. three-story climate-controlled storage facility includes 679 lockers. The structure is comprised of cold-form load bearing framing with split-face veneer, EIFS, glazing, and TPO roof. Other scope items include a full sitework package with state highway work, interior finishes, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
