Cannabis Dispensary – Gettysburg

This 5,500 sq. ft. first generation cannabis dispensary fit-out was delivered as a design-assist with the architect. Interior work included selective demolition, new partitions, concrete slab patch/ repair, and fire alarm. Exterior work included a new rear sectional overhead door, an emergency generator, and bollards. The dispensary holds a sales area with POS stations, secure check-in vestibule, break room, warehouse, secure drive-in loading area, and vault/order fulfillment space.
