Buncher Company Real Estate Office Fit-Out

Delivered under a GMP format, Rycon completed a 15,100 sq. ft. fit-out on the second floor of an office building along Pittsburgh’s Allegheny River. The project consisted of an open plan workspace, collaboration, meeting, and huddle rooms, large kitchen/pantry, and reception area. The scope of work included operable partitions, casework, sliding door in the boardroom, ceramic tile, polished concrete flooring, MEP work, and HVAC upgrades.
