Rycon was awarded a GMP contract to build this new 120,000 sq. ft. six-story apartment complex. Podium construction and wood-framed above, the structure holds 112 luxury units with high-end finishes and a first floor parking garage. Brick, metal panels, and fiber cement veneer will make up the exterior. Amenities include an elevated courtyard with a green roof, gym/fitness center, bike storage, pet spa, climate-controlled storage space, and a club room on the sixth floor with a kitchen and fireplace. The sixth floor is set back on two sides to create a wraparound balcony. The scope includes demolition of an existing building and ground improvements.
