Rycon was selected to complete a major renovation of the Class A 35-story skyscraper. The scope included complete demolition to the building shell and new interior build-out consisting of offices, conference rooms, service centers, kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture. The work was also inclusive of the replacement of fire alarms, HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and fire suppression systems as well as updating the Building Automation Systems (BAS) consisting of variable air volume (VAV) boxes, applicable controls, and wiring. Repairs and preventative maintenance of the parking garage was a part of the project.
