This first-generation 5,500 sf fit-out included construction of new partitions, decorative finishes, ceilings, and lighting. Life-safety devices and associated MEP modifications were integrated to meet code compliance and support the new layout. The vacant space was transformed into a modern and functional office environment holding training and collaboration rooms, large open office area, private offices, and well-equipped break room.
