Pleasant Valley Promenade Outparcel

This new 5,300 sf Type IIB, slab-on-grade, single-story shell building was constructed to accommodate multiple tenants as well as a drive-thru. The steel structure is comprised of brick masonry, stone veneer, brick veneer wall on metal stud framing, stucco/EIFS, metal coping, storefront system, and pre-engineered steel roof trusses, and TPO membrane roofing. Site work included landscaping and subsurface parking.
