The ground-up 7,100 sf structure is comprised of a masonry shell with steel bar joists and PVC roof membrane. The aluminum entrance and storefront are cold formed metal framing. Interior work consists of furring out the entire shell with metal framing and drywall. Flooring is a blend of VCT in the sales area and sealed concrete elsewhere. Other scope items included plumbing to service the restrooms, two RTU’s, and electrical service. Site work included grading, site utilities (water/storm/sanitary/electrical), and asphalt/concrete pavement.
