These operations centers were renovated on fast-track eight-month schedules. The work included significant site improvements, ADA parking upgrades, new storefront, interior offices with bathrooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, training rooms, mechanical rooms, boot wash rooms, and data rooms. The service garage work included removal and replacement of overhead doors. ADA parking upgrades were self-performed. Part of the scope at the Uniontown facility included a new TPO roof system and gutters, exterior metal siding repairs, and new fencing. New installations consisted of air rotation units, AHUs, air cooling condensing units, water meter vaults, fire sprinkler risers, fire sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and gate operators.
