Evoqua Water Technologies at RIDC Tech Forge

Rycon was the design-builder responsible for this fast-track 17,900 sq. ft. office and water treatment lab fit-out within a newly constructed tech-flex structure. Evoqua is the global leader in helping to protect and improve the world’s water. Rycon partnered with R3A and H.F. Lenz on the accelerated design. The first floor contains a working water research lab space, demonstration space showcasing Evoqua’s new water treatment technologies and products, as well as a special pilot lab equipment testing area. The second floor includes offices, a training room, kitchen, collaboration spaces, and an elevated walkway that overlooks the first floor pilot equipment testing areas. The project included a private wastewater treatment system for collecting, processing, and cleaning the facility’s wastewater material prior to entering the public sewer system.
