O’Reilly Auto Parts – Warrenton

This 7,200 sq. ft. ground-up pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) automotive store was constructed on an existing three-lot site that was consolidated into two (2) lots. Three (3) existing structures were demolished along with other site demolition and abatement to make room for the new O’Reilly’s and a pad-ready site for a future building. Both sites will share a common asphalt parking lot. Electrical, gas, water, sewer, and utility services will be coordinated to serve both pad sites. Underground stormwater detention and retaining walls were also installed.
