3 Crossings – Factory 26 – Oshkosh Corporation Fit-Out

After completing the core/shell under a separate contract, Rycon was awarded the fit-out work for a 13,600 sq. ft. office and workshop for industrial technology company Oshkosh. The space includes workstations/offices with skylights, conference rooms, kitchen, telecom room, large development room, and a 4,600 sq. ft. workshop area. The scope of work consisted of selective demolition, roof patching, new secondary MEP systems, new split system for the telecom room, lighting, fire protection, and other life safety systems. Finish work included new carpeting, refinishing of polished concrete flooring, paint, and acoustical ceiling panels.
