Rycon converted a former YMCA into a new 32,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art UFC GYM. Promoted by former Pittsburgh Steelers Ryan Shazier as the ambassador, this is the third location in Pennsylvania to provide fitness, MMA-inspired conditioning, and world-class facilities. UFC GYM offers a main weight room with cardio equipment, boxing training room, training gym and ring with indoor turf, MMA training gym, Octagan fighting ring, and a full-service locker room. The space also features an ArmBar™ cafe and a large recovery suite with a cryotherapy chamber room and heating cocoon pod.
