This new, 272,000 sq. ft. six-story wood frame upscale apartment complex located an highly populated urban area consisted of 215-units and two-levels of precast concrete below grade parking. A concrete secant pile system was used as the perimeter foundation wall which supports the above building structure while retaining the surrounding earth and water pressures. Amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, business center, clubhouse with fireplace and kitchen, fitness center, and courtyard.
